QCG GROUPS
With the intention of
continuously improving quality, we have formed 3 Quality Circle Groups (QCGs)
in our organization.
We are motivating all our
employees and giving them effective training on various subjects, like:
+ QUALITY CIRCLES
+ CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENTS
+ 5S (House keeping)
+ VALUE OF QUALITY
+ VALUE OF CUSTOMERS
+ UPGRADATION IN PROCESS/PRODUCT/SERVICES/TECHNOLOGY
+ QC - 7 TOOLS
+ QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS - ISO 9000/TS16949
+ CORRECTIVE & PREVENTIVE ACTIONS IN PRODUCT/PROCESS
+ WASTE ELIMINATION
+ LEAD TIME REDUCTION
and other related areas.
QCG MEETING

We have clearly defined what is small improvement and how to do it right for the
NC's in the QCGs.
Our QCGs have so far
done 360 small improvements and 129 DIR (Do it right) for the NC's in process
during 2001-02.
We are continuously adhering to the above training procedures.
